Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) is among the nation's preeminent academic medical centers and is committed to excellence in clinical care, biomedical research and education, and to the health and wellness of its patients and the communities it serves. BIDMC, a major teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School, is a fully integrated medical center providing adult services from cardiology to obstetrics, gastrointestinal disorders to cancer care. Each year U.S. News and World Report ranks BIDMC as a “Best Hospital” in multiple specialties.

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton
Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Milton (BID-Milton) is an 87-bed independently licensed hospital with general medical and surgical inpatient care, 24-hour emergency services, and a complete complement of outpatient health services. BID-Milton is dedicated to caring for people of all ages in Milton, Randolph, Quincy, Braintree, Canton, Dorchester, Mattapan, Hyde Park, and other surrounding communities.

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham
Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham (BID-Needham) is a 58-bed independently licensed acute-care hospital. BID-Needham and BIDMC staff and resources are integrated in multiple clinical areas such as hospital services (hospitalists), cardiology, radiology, general surgery, oncology, and pathology.

Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth
Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth (BID-Plymouth), formerly known as Jordan Hospital, is a 150-bed, acute-care community hospital. BID-Plymouth serves the communities of Bourne, Carver, Duxbury, Halifax, Kingston, Lakeville, Pembroke, Plympton, Plymouth, Marshfield, Middleboro, Sandwich, and Wareham.

Cambridge Health Alliance
Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is an integrated community health system that provides essential services to Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s metro-north communities. CHA includes three hospital campuses, a network of primary care and specialty practices, and the Cambridge Public Health Department. CHA is a Harvard Medical School teaching affiliate, and is affiliated with Harvard School of Public Health, Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and Tufts University School of Medicine.

New England Baptist Hospital
New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) is the premier regional provider for orthopedic surgery and the treatment of musculoskeletal diseases and disorders. NEBH has also been nationally recognized for high patient satisfaction and leadership in quality and clinical outcomes. Affiliated Physicians, Inc. (API)
Independent individual and group practices of PCPs and specialists, including physicians who practice at independently licensed community health centers in Greater Boston.

Cambridge Health Alliance Physicians Organization
The Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) Physicians Organization has nearly 400 members in more than 30 specialty areas. CHA Physicians Organization members work at Cambridge Health Alliance's three hospital campuses and more than twenty primary care and specialty practice locations across Boston's metro-north region.

Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center
Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians (HMFP) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center is the employed physician group at BIDMC. HMFP employs approximately 900 Harvard Medical School faculty members, and has an exclusive affiliation agreement with BIDMC for research, teaching and patient care services.

Jordan Physician Associates
Jordan Physician Associates is a non-profit corporation organized to develop and operate medical practices in multiple locations within the Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth service area.

Joslin Clinic Physicians
Joslin Clinic has more than 30 board-certified and board-eligible physicians who are expert in treating diabetes and its complications, as well as other endocrine (hormone) problems.

Lawrence General IPA- Choice Plus PHO
Choice Plus Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) is a partnership of Lawrence General Hospital and nearly 400 primary care and specialty physicians on its medical staff.  Choice Plus PHO is a physician-driven organization that values transparency to its membership as well as supporting and enhancing the local care delivery system to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

Milton PO, Inc.
Milton PO, Inc. is comprised of independent and employed practicing physicians that use  Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital—Milton as their primary hospital.

New England Baptist Clinical Integration Organization (NEBCIO)
NEBCIO is an integrated care management organization at New England Baptist Hospital (NEBH) focused on managing patient care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal services across the continuum of care. NEBCIO aligns the efforts of the physicians and NEBH to improve patient care, advance combined patient safety and experience goals, improve efficiency and bring greater value to the community we serve.

Whittier IPA
A multi-specialty group of approximately 200 physicians in the Merrimack Valley and Southern New Hampshire.
